Changed your mind right after ordering? Here’s how cancellation works.

Before dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been packed and handed to our shipping partner. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 94971 04830 or email admin@jobanaturals.in with your order number, and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — at that point, our Return & Refund Policy applies instead.

Refund timeline

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days, though the amount may take a few additional days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
