Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout. We confirm the order once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order — for example if a product is unexpectedly out of stock — in which case we’ll refund you in full.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices accurate, but if a genuine pricing error appears on the site, we’ll contact you before processing that order.

The JoBa Naturals name, logo, and site content belong to us and may not be reused without permission.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, beyond what’s required by applicable Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction.
